Also provide assistance to various parties involved in litigation and/or discovery requests, as well as support the company in general in any needs and/or documents.Responsibilities Maintain a constantly updated file of customer disputes Manage the flow of communications received via pec and provide appropriate feedback Prepare authorization documents Collect and create document archives Interface with manager in order to limit risk exposure Implement agreed operating procedures in accordance with project standards and company policies, following directives given by the Manager Agree with the Manager on any deviations from the Operating Procedure and/or issues not directly included Inform the Manager about critical customer cases, critical situations that do not allow the work to be performed Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent, law degree will be considered preferred Experience as a call center consultant and claims handling Knowledge of the automotive industry Knowledge of management systems and major applications in use (Hubspot, Oracle) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving skills Results orientation Language skills: Italian; English Benefits Opportunity to have in internship in one of the fastest growing scaleups A working environment with an amazing culture that is based on Respect, Fairness, and Transparency Free coffee and beverages Ongoing training and development All applications will be treated in utmost confidence and will only be seen by members of our recruitment team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
