Head of Maintenance

Contract type: Permanent Workplace: 86039 Termoli CB, Italia Our customer, one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies, aims to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. The company created an R&D center and new state-of-the-art facility in France, with gigafactories to be built in Europe. We are looking for a Head of Maintenance and Facilities who will responsible for managing manages relations with local partners to ensure connectivity of the site utilities and administrative authorizations, guarantees the quality of the service provided to internal customers, oversees the establishment and skills development of the site maintenance function, and optimizes the costs of all services. Main responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring the standards and best practices regarding environmental management, Energy Management & Utilities supply facility management, indirect materials management, and maintenance across the site - Organizing and managing relations with local and public partners to guarantee the good execution of contracts, obtaining authorizations - Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the EMS and ensure legal compliance - Implementing SMM within maintenance and facilities management through training and coaching of the Maintenance Area Managers, technicians, and service providers - Applies the referential - Ensuring the maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure on the site - Ensuring proper management of supply contracts - Plan Regulatory controls - Coordinating the plant shutdown periods Requirements: - University degree in engineering - 8/10 years of progressive experience in the maintenance of big production sites - Knowledge of building and infrastructure, SME, and maintenance. Negotiation with local authorities and public partners - People management: recruit, train, and lead a team, setting goals and defining KPIs - Fluent in English (French will be a plus) Location:Termoli (Italy) LI-Onsite - JUST UPLOAD YOUR CV
