Career Service Junior Specialist

In H-FARM Education College, undergraduate and post-graduate educational institute, we are looking for a Career Guidance Jr Specialist. The candidate will work in our Career Guidance office at H-FARM College in close contact with management and will be responsible for: ACTIVITIES Support the Career Guidance Senior Specialist in managing relations with Corporates, focusing on all students' career-related activities such as talks, events, company challenges, internships, and skills development programs. Collect internships to be offered to students, identify relevant companies, manage student selection, and onboarding process. Define challenges with distinctive companies for students. Collect event opportunities (e.g., talks from top managers, entrepreneurs) for students. Design and implement skills development programs to help students succeed in the job market. Support understanding of companies' hiring needs and identify the best way to support student hiring. Deliver activities, events, and programs with a high service level and proper execution. Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation. Disposition to organization and planning. Proficiency in using the Office package. Ability to work in a team, results orientation, and confidence in meeting goals. Good knowledge of the English language. #J-18808-Ljbffr
