Automation Lead - Trasfertista

For a leading company in the industrial automation industry, we are looking for an automation lead • Leading an Industrial Automation Project or technically Leading the Automation discipline within a multi-function project initiative • Work directly within end user Teams and / or leading a Project with Italia Automazione resources on end user project initiatives • Development and / or review of Specification (URS, FDS, SDS) and testing/validation Protocols (FAT- SAT-IOQ) • Vendors (Engineering companies - OEMs - SW providers) engagement (RFQ, Material Requisition, Design and Development review and follow-up, Acceptance testing) • Participation / facilitation to project meetings and capability to prepare and present deliverables / outputs to teams (including reporting to stakeholders and leadership team) • Engage with global and site functions and in close contact (mainly from remote) with customers at multi site (Pharmaceutical sector - Global function of Big Pharma company) • Support definition and execution of strategic OT initiatives and programs for Global functions • Technical Knowledge of Operational Technology and Manufacturing Systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, Historian, MES) • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering - Automation & Control discipline (Manufacturing Processes, Packaging, Transportation Systems) • Awareness of project / program management (capability to perform Project Definition, Execution and monitoring) • Capability to interface with other functions (QA, Operations, IT, Maintenance, Safety) and discipline (mechanical, electrical, validation) • Awareness of network infrastructure and Systems architecture • Good communication skills (projects may be in English and working in complex matrix organization / multi functions) • Good work organization and time management skills, and capability to work independently • Analytical Skills - Problem solving - business acumen • Preference for experience in the Pharmaceutical sector (GMP, GAMP, computerized systems Regulatory requirements), alternatively Consumer Good or Food&Beverage
