You will also closely work with the Core Engagement team, whose mission is to provide services used by internal and external clients to drive engagement up in our marketplace and formats As a Backend Developer you will actively find the right tradeoffs to bring new features in production securely, reliably and effectively with attention on performance and constant improvement as well as cost optimization. You will work inside a small and cohesive group with other developers with different experiences and as a senior team member you are expected to lead the most junior developers and help them grow professionally. The same is also expected from peers: we think everyone should contribute to the collective advancement of the team as a whole. In addition to your backend and fullstack colleagues, you will also work in a multidisciplinary and independent team alongside with product, design, QA automation experts, data engineers and scientists in a multicultural and diverse environment.
