Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. - Roles and responsabilities_ :_ As a Human Resources Business Partner your main responsibility is to plan, organize, and support the operations of the HR, develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures. You will act as a real Partner for the three countries of the Region (Italy, Spain & Portugal) to support needed business results. The position will provide support for employees and management in the day to day areas of HR for the regions You will: - Collaborate with local management teams to drive the Human Resources functions to solid business results. - Direct employment activities, assuring that properly qualified employees are recruited and hired for open positions. Coordinate selection, promotion and placement of personnel - Drive HR continuous improvement programs in the local regions. - Understand the company’s employee engagement level and support programs and practices to improve employee engagement including teambuilding, engagement surveys, focus groups, etc - Assist all employees with the interpretation of company policies/procedures. Give guidance as needed. - Drive the performance management program in responsible regions. - Ensure that annual training is provided on mandatory topics required. - Coach and counsel managers and supervisors on Employee Relation issues. - Represent the company on any legal issues and participate in various customer, quality and regulatory HR audits. - Support safelty and help drive a proactive safety training program and maintain each location’s security and protection programs. - Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly Report and help for processing payroll and HR transactions if needeed with Local HR in the different countries Location : The position will be located in Spain Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
