Since 2019, both the Italian and US subsidiaries have been Benefit Corporations.  JOB MISSION The Mission of the Organizational Analyst role is to support the Organizational Excellence Office in organizational analysis and change management projects, to ensure a sustainable evolutionary roadmap for Davines Group.  DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES        Analyse the as is structure and processes        Map the roles and responsibilities        Support in the Change management & project deployment        Support in the workload analysis PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS       Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management or similar.       Good knowledge of English (level B2 or upper)       Good expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, and Power Point as Master Level)       High analytical capabilities       Strong attitude in team working and communication skills,       Curiosity, willingness to learn and flexibility       Pro-active attitude in problem-solving and critical thinking skill  EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY  In Davines Group we celebrate diversity, and inclusiveness is a crucial pillar of our Ethical Chart.
