Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. Lead projects to improve and sustain local business performance. This position reports to: Portfolio Manager Your responsibilities: - Support the deployment of a common approach for continuous improvement and strategy deployment. - Engage with the leadership to help delivering significant improvements in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and/or Cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments. - Promote local management awareness and commitment related to Continuous Improvement throughout the organization. - Coach continuous improvement professionals in their development journey, such as Lean Six Sigma belts or equivalent. - Work in cross functional teams to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks that slow or prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives, helps facilitating in cases of conflicting priorities. - Promote and lead improvement programs and projects within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach. - Understand and promote behavioral change to continuously improve performance. - Assist the organization by providing training and coaching to create Continuous Improvement teams that are sustainably staffed and developed. - Actively promote a work environment that stimulates talent development, passion for Quality, integrity in all the actions and results orientation. - Promote a systematic fact-based approach and the applicable tools to identify and to evaluate opportunities, to execute improvement projects and all issue resolution activities. - Work towards disseminating a Continuous Improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities and all functions. - Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to achieve operational excellence and drive local business results. - Partner with management at local level to develop and maintain the training modules and toolkit that aligns with specific needs of the business. Your background: - University degree in Management Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration. - Knowledge of Office365, including Sharepoint, MS Access and MS Visio. - Knowledge of PowerBI and PowerAutomate. - Web editing and social media management skills are considered a plus. - Very good knowledge of English and Italian. - Strong relational skills which allow you to deal with different product groups and different roles.
