For our Headquarters in Parma, we are looking for an Account Manager .

Main Activities

  • Oversee the network of assigned existing distributors and identify new business potential;
  • In relation to the economic objectives assigned, manage existing Customers, develop the portfolio and the commercial network;
  • Draw up the sales budget of the assigned Customers;
  • Analyze the market trends of the distribution sector;
  • Negotiate and draw up sales contracts;
  • Ensure the achievement of the economic sales objectives for the assigned area;
  • Develop new strategies aimed at the growth of the reference market;
  • Promote new products and services;
  • Define and collaborate on the company's marketing plans.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management or Economic Disciplines;
  • Specific experience of at least 5 years, gained in a similar position, within medium/large companies;
  • Good knowledge of the hydraulic sector;
  • Knowledge and daily use of ERP and BI computer systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Availability for travel.
