Corporate Quality Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Corporate Quality Manager, you are responsible for oversight of the quality system, operational quality performance, and fostering continuous improvement of assigned sites in line with corporate objectives, regulations and standards. You support the implementation of regulation changes and new standards as well as corporate strategic projects. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES You plan and execute Quality Audits of Recipharms Vendors and contractors according to agreements with the operating companies and external co-operations for audits. The Corporate Quality Manger also performs internal and cause audits at Recipharms operating companies according to corporate policies and standards. Therefore, travelling is a regular part of the job with at least 30 % of travelling. You prepare written reports from the audits to escalate critical findings, coordinate to address these findings and follow up to assure the audits are closed accordingly. Additionally, the Corporate Quality Manager contribute to continuous improvements providing informal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. You identify risks, provide functional network intelligence and expertise, ensure intimacy and transparency between global and local function. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Essential: - Master's Degree or Equivalent Level - At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in aseptic/sterile manufacturing or Quality control - Qualified as Auditor for internal and external (Supplier) Audits - Expert in aseptic manufacturing and aseptic processes - Analytical thinking and pro-active managing of ad hoc occurring situations - Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales - Fluent in Italian and English - Strong team player Desirable: - Able to create confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity - Maneuver comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics - Strong in project management skills in planning, organising and executing multiple activities at same level of priority WHAT WE OFFER/EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Our core values of Respect, Reliability, Collaboration and Excellence shape every aspect of our work and our interactions with all our stakeholders. LOCATION This is a global role supporting the Recipharm Group, homebased with parts of travelling to the manufacturing sites.
