What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing existing customers in order to better understand their potential and needs
  • Preparation of offers, price negotiations, preparation of annual budget and preparation of monthly forecast
  • Analysis of customers performance and proactivity in analyzing situations and finding solutions if necessary
  • Preparing meetings with customers, collecting information and data, ability to introduce new products and new materials' features
  • After-sales activities: payments and reminders, returns, claims and various disputes
  • Establish a good co-operation with internal fuctions: graphic office, planning, R&D and Quality, Production
  • Business development: market mapping, contact of new potential customers, presence at trade fairs, presence at flexible packaging events, networking

What You Bring To The Job

  • Experience in managing and developing relations with potential business partners
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, able to manage stress
  • Knowledge of the product (printing and lamination technologies in the packaging sector, slidding) and business processes
  • Ability to work closely with other functions: Customer Service, Planning, Printing, Production, Procurements, etc.
  • Travel Requirements50-70% within Europe
