The successful candidate will work in hybrid work environment - 2 days in the Warsaw office and 3 days from home Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Entering direct patient orders related for Diabetes division. - Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing. - Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal partners (Regional Office' Sales Force' Order to Deliver Team' Order Entry Lab' Pricing Team' Inventory' Order Entry Factory' Returns Factory and Disputes Factory) via Outlook or SAP CIC. - Handling reports &, performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy - Working in SAP ECC &, CIC environment. - Sending documentation (delivery notes' proof of deliveries' invoices) to the customers - Tracing shipments and interacting with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries take place. Required Knowledge and Experience: - At least B2 level in Italian and English - Detailed-oriented and quality-focused - Adapting well to dynamic work environment - Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement - Able to work with under time constraints - Experience in working on SAP (ECC' CIC) - Experience in the Customer Service area Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position' but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
