Daily interface with internal Planning and Logistic dept in order to serve customers in the most satisfactory way. In details: Management of customers sales orders Management of customers communication through updates to the orders situation, production timing, delivery scheduling, etc Management of relations with internal Planning and Logistic depts Management of daily and weekly delivery plans Support to the preparation of RF’s and AOP figures and related data entry in the system Preparation of  Mid Month Forecast and 3MMF Monitoring sales evolution and trend Storage of customer orders and customer contracts Management of Customer codes and product codes Preparation of price change request forms Market Share data entry in the system Management of customers data base Control of transport costing application and relevant updating in the system Booking of freight forwarders
