Job Description: We are looking for experienced Marketing Manager to join our team This is an exciting new role with a young and rapidly growing company. - Manages relationships with external media buyers on a day-to-day basis - Create advertising campaigns - Writing or reviewing copy - Implement and manage copy writing and recording system for video ads - Implement and manage creation and testing system for new Creatives - Implement demand generation strategies and campaigns - Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts - Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts - Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges - Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue - Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and drive revenue Qualifications: - At list 2 years of experience in demand generation or a related field - Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software - Experience in copywriting - Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Flexibility and adaptability to change - A desire to learn and grow in the marketing field - Fluency in Italian and English language Additional Information - Compensation in direct correlation to your knowledge and talent - Salary above industry standard - Incentives based on team performance - Personalized growth plan - Work remotely with flexible hours - no commute and better work-life balance - Friendly, professional, highly motivated and productive team; Think you have what we are looking for and want to join us in our mission to help traders prosper?
