That’s our promise to such a candidate.A few examples of your responsibilitiesMonitor and support the negotiation of offers to future Spooners, making sure they have all the relevant informationSupport Spooners throughout their journey in the company, including their onboarding, offboarding, and the implementation of performance review changesHelp manage labor contracts for Spooners based in Italy and abroad, and assist foreign Spooners with their visa and relevant documentationWork with the People Operations team to manage and improve our Spooners’ welfare and benefits policiesKeep up to date with laws and regulations regarding health and safety at work, and make sure they’re enforced Provide support for extraordinary administrative operations and ad hoc projectsWhat we look forReasoning ability.
