Position Summary: Primary/Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for the end-to-end payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration for all G&W Italy employees working with the outsourced payroll provider and partner with Accounting and Finance on payroll reporting and reconciliations. - Track the attendance of all staff in the HRIS as per organization requirement and communication (leaves of absence, sick days, overtime, work schedules). - Liaise and manages pension funds and employees related insurances. - Process expenses forms - Provide payroll inputs T&A and other deductions to the payroll provider in specified format for processing payroll. - Review and update ADP with all payroll changes. - Recommends and implements enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. - Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers & external stakeholder as needed. - Delivers HR Service support to the HR Community, managers and employees. Shows a customer service mind-set and proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can do" attitude. - Provide on-demand reports related to the process, where required. - Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic HR Admin induction for all new employees. - Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist - Maintain all the personal files and update them regularly. - Track Probation reviews with timelines - Provide salary input to RHM for Salary review process. - Processes wage/salary transactions, and disciplinary actions and follow up with updating HRIS/ADP and payroll provider. - Ensure documentation for resignation are received for employees who intend to leave. - Follow up with Termination process as per standard checklist. - Maintain the HR files (such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents) - Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, transformation letters and new HR guide - Revise Company policies (i.e. travel and expenses, on boarding process, termination process,) - Liaise with external partners (i.e. payroll provider, Recruitment agency, Insurance Companies,) Responsible for HR KPI and provide monthly report to RHM. Required Qualifications - Degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences - Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Admin/Payroll experience in a similar role. - Experience in a multi-plant organization and experience dealing with other countries is preferred. - Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico and employment law framework. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Problem solving skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks/issues at once. - Self-motivated, time efficient and proactive with ability to work under minimum supervision. - Being able to treat information with high level of privacy - Good English level for business.
