Job Description

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the golf course’s goals and objectives.
  2. Prepare and manage the HR budget.
  3. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on performance-related issues.
  6. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  7. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  9. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  10. Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  11. Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  12. Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
  13. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software platforms.
  14. Leave Management: Track and manage employee leaves, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
