Industrial Engineer - Product Maintenance & Developing Dept.

For our location Trissino, we are looking for you as an Industrial Engineer in the Product Maintenance & Developing Department. Below are the challenges you can expect:

1. Creation of 3D models (knowledge of SolidEdge is preferred) and production drawings (application of the international and company standards, tolerance specifications).
2. Product knowledge and answering technical questions about the supported product (sales, service, customer, production).
3. Design and creation of individual parts in consultation with experts and suppliers, from concept to detailing.
4. Different manufacturing technologies are in use (machining, sand casting, pressure die casting, plastic injection moulding).
5. Teamwork: Coordination of the departments involved, involvement of experts from different departments.
6. Proactive clarification and approval of problems in procurement, production, assembly, and development of sustainable problem solutions.

What do we expect from you?

1. Energy or Mechanical engineering is preferred, but not limited to.
2. The resource will report to the Product Maintenance & Developing manager.
3. The figure will be responsible for managing the development of new parts (concept creation, design, implementation), reacting to non-compliance problems, and maintaining data in the company ERP (SAP).
4. The working group is not limited to the local team, but daily discussions and meetings with colleagues from the parent company in Germany are expected.
5. A minimum English level of B2 is required.
