For our Manufacturing Plant in San Colombano al Lambro (MI) we are looking for a Run Plant Engineer (m/f/d) Our production facilities for the production of chemical and biological liquid crop protection products in batch operation need your caring hand to ensure consistent and reliable operation in production: for example, you organize a cross-departmental team to solve problems and ensure troubleshooting and compliance with the production plan What you do with us Ensure continuous improvement of essential areas such as production and occupational safety as well as support implement investment projects Develop and use KPIs to optimize processes applying lean management principles Work on process safety, management of change and develop documentation for process hazard analysis (PHA) Process complaints and quality deviations together with international teams from different departments Investigate production errors and carry out root cause analyses (RCA). Create and edit manufacturing instructions and recipes using both Excel and SAP Qualification University degree in engineering or comparable training 1-2 years’ experience as process & technology or production engineer Fluency in spoken and written English High level understanding of safety and strong sense of quality and responsibility Strong Excel skills Autoclad and lean manufacturing training would be of advantage Small work environment in corporate context.
