We are looking for a manager willing to collarate with the Recipharm Corporate Commercial Team. The role should be based in Italy, preferably in the north of Italy were are four of our Recipharm operation sites. JOB PURPOSE Define and deliver in time and quality offers which meet customer needs, align with company goals and drive business growth. MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the end-to-end process of creating service offers for new RFP requests from existing and potential customers including technical feasibility evaluation at site. - Collaborate with sales and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of offers. - Support Sales by customer calls and site visits. - Remain as the key contact until a project team is formed. - Lead cross-functional offer meetings, providing updates, insights and recommendations to drive decision-making. - Definition and calculation of required activities for successful realization of new customer project request. - Writing new proposal ensuring that each proposal is delivered on time and in full. - Create, update and provide financial data from Salesforce to support Recipharm Management. - Consolidate complex, cross-departmental offers. Drive continuous improvement within the offer processes and policies. - Manage and analyze Site offer portfolios to drive continuous improvement in offer strategies. - Coordinate and filling of RFIs. - Finalize offers for existing business based on received calculations and assumptions from relevant departments (e.g. project/product management) and create and maintain financial data in Salesforce. - Support the site commercial management with commercial initiative, price and proposal negotiations. EDUCATION University / Post Graduate (Masters Degree) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 5 years)
