Role: We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users: Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues deal with stock / asset management provide support on meeting room / conferencing room provide smart hand support for Server and network devices You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.
