We make our work our daily passion. www.brain-tech.it Brain Technologies is searching for: a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our team specializing in the design of contactless measurement systems for railway infrastructure (ground installations). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, particularly with experience in using SPAC software (or similar tools), and a deep understanding of international standards and regulations relevant to the railway sector. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for railway measurement products, including electrical panels, optical boxes, and related components. Utilize SPAC software for electrical schematics and design work. Interpret and translate international railway sector standards and regulations into technical requirements and design specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical designers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall product design. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations for electrical designs. Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOM), and technical reports. Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation processes to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Provide technical support and guidance during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects. Location: Treviso, Italy Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical design, preferably in the railway sector. Proficiency in using SPAC software for electrical schematics and design (or similar tools). Strong understanding of international standards and regulations relevant to railway measurement systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the railway industry is a plus.
