We are looking for Operation Manager in Liscate that reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities: Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;- - Assuring highest care about People management;- - Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).- - Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.- - Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy- - Promoting the continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program- - Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture- - Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;What we need from you: - Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;- - At least 3 years of experience as a similar role in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry;- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- - Strong leadership attitude and managing people
