We are looking for Operation Manager in Liscate that reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:

• Supporting thesite manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;

• Assuring highest care about People management;

• Managingoperationalstandards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).

• Managingthe change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.

• Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy

• Promotingthe continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program

• Leadingbyexample to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture

• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities incompliance withthe customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;

What we need from you:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain ;

• At least3years of experience as asimilar rolein Supply Chain/ManufacturingIndustry;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadershipattitude and managing people
