Operation Manager

Liscate

that reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities: Supporting thesite manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;

Assuring highest care about People management;

Managingoperationalstandards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).

Managingthe change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.

Monthly

monitoring

the operation's span of control and build a strategy

Promotingthe continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program

Leadingbyexample to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture

Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities incompliance

withthe customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;

What we need from you: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics

or

Master in Supply Chain

;

At least3years of experience as asimilar rolein Supply Chain/ManufacturingIndustry;

Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

skills

Strong leadershipattitude and managing people
