Job Overview and Responsibilities For our production Plant in Pignataro Maggiore (CE) we are looking for a Shift Leader that will be responsible for the following activities: Supervise the activities of a team of line operators to ensure production plans are met in terms of volume, cost and quality; Define the loads of the machines and operators; Monitor production activities and intervene for changes and variations in production programs, in relation to technical-production priorities and/or any unforeseen events; Analysis of recurring problems with definition of an improvement plan; Respond to the most complex requests from line operators and verify the quality of their work; Supervise, coach and guide operators, assign priorities and tasks to ensure team resources are used effectively, work programs are met and objectives (quality, safety, production and efficiency) are achieved; Contribute, in connection with other functions, to the improvement of quality, production and process standards; Promptly address anomalies, critical issues and problems that may have generated critical issues, NC and out-of-control situations; Monitor production progress, verifying that the launches carried out respect the expected throughput time and the trend of the day shift KPIs and keeping the Planner and Production Manager informed on the estimate/forecast of launch times. Maintain close contact with Logistics for the handling of materials (times, quantities, methods of feeding the lines, delivery of finished products). Loss analysis, KPI (OEE and MDO efficiency) with basic Pareto analysis.
