We are currently looking for Client Advisors/Stock Keeper to join our Diesel Store in Serravalle Outlet. As Stock Keeper, the candidate we are looking for is responsible for ensuring an excellent product organization within the stockroom, by making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, supporting at best omnichannel sales activities. Key Responsibilities Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients. Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions. Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them. Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results. Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. Prove Brand and product knowledge. Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures. Delivering timely movement of product, playing an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits, etc. Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment. Support the whole omnichannel sales cycle with the management of inbound and outbound product management: receiving orders, product packaging, billing, and related administrative tasks. Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, taking part in store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, etc. Key Requirements Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service, and commercial mindset. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills; Willingness to evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
