Your tasks - You identify potential new customers and nurture relationships with existing customers - You collaborate closely with our market management to drive sustainable, amplified sales growth - You manage market opportunities and oversee international group and co-supplier network management - You foster sustainable relationships with relevant decision makers - You consistently monitor opportunities and maintain up-to-date customer contact information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a weekly basis - You are responsible for portfolio inputs, margin and gross margin management and growth - You participate actively in regular FLEXperts team meetings and trade conferences - You are responsible for managing the marketing activities aligned with segment marketing and communications plans - You have full awareness of the market and strive to ensure sustainable growth Profile: - Enthusiasm an curiosity for new technical advancements coupled with an awareness of market trends - Several years of professional B2B sales experience - Academic or professional education in Graphics commercial fields, preferably Flexo Printing - Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and track record of success in large account development - Basic IT skills in MS Office, CRM and ERP - Teamplayer - Strong language proficiency in English - High ambition to work hard and travel frequently
