Technical Support Analyst - Junior

Description The professional will manage a computerized environment, provide technical support to the customer, prepare technical documentation, establish standards, offer solutions for computerized environments and research computer technologies.  Key Responsabilities: Provide technical support requests to customers (internal and external); Installation/Corrective and preventive maintenance of hardware and software; Maintain asset control of software and IT equipment; Participate in technical planning of actions in the area; Monitor and administer network services; Prepare and maintain systems documentation in accordance with the standard adopted by the company; Identify and implement new technologies for the IT environment; Help users make better use of available equipment and applications; Participate in the analysis process of new hardware and software and in the purchase and implementation process; Carry out internal training, transmitting the knowledge necessary for the development of activities/processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments (servers/desktops); Knowledge in equipment maintenance (Servers, desktops, laptops, network assets, etc.); Verbal and written communication skills; Organization; Willingness to learn and be proactive; Advanced Spanish. These skills will be considered a plus: Intermediate/advanced English; Network services (DNS, DHCP, SMB, SFTP, LDAP, HTTP, VPN, etc.); Creation/manipulation of scripts; Experience with virtualization (VMware) and cloud; Information security (backups, firewalls, antivirus, etc.); Experience with support service; Linux LPI certification.
