Service Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead contract management for the Local Division of Electrification Service in Italy, adhering to directives, instructions, and procedures. Each day, you will ensure execution of contract management activities in line with the contract management framework. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the creation, review, and implementation of the overall service start. The work model for the role is: #Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division located in Dalmine (BG), you’ll be responsible for both Medium-Low Voltage Services. Main stakeholders are customers such as Utilities and End Users. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring that service agreement commitments are in line with customer expectations. • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points. • Managing on-site maintenance operations through field service technicians, spare parts, retrofit/revamping and “power care” contracts • Supporting preparation of tenders through providing input on possible service selection to meet customer requirements, in accordance with the operational capabilities of the respective service unit. • Preparing and executing regular performance reviews for and with the local management • Driving team and process performance for contract services, providing feedback on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievements and routing customer feedback effectively.

Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled in communication with customers to anticipate their needs and you have the ability to capture sales opportunities
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in MV/LV business dealing with customers and working on technical/ PM aspects
  • Availability to travel and visit customers in Italy (20/30% of working time)
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage products (circuit brakers and switchboards)
  • You are passionate about Service and Sales
  • Degree/Technical Diploma in Electro-mechanical Field
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
