About the Role We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative who will be looking after our customers within the Nutrition &, Health portfolio in the EMEA region' predominantly in Europe. This will be a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. If you are fluent in Italian' this would be a great advantage. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate process of customer quotation and order requests' in line with our service offer. You will own the customers' needs by proactively following up on responses and promised actions' and act as a liaison between the customer and other departments to resolve customer queries. We are looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude Someone who can build meaningful relationships with our customers' channel partners' and internal teams. Excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role to understand our customers' needs with the drive to deliver and exceed their expectations. Our Customer Service Team is the face of the organization' we need someone who is highly motivated' full of tenacity' who will strive to provide the best possible customer experience. About Your Responsibilities - Handling all associated query management by phone and email via our CRM system. - Producing quotations for spare parts and components in collaboration with internal teams. - Effectively managing the quote follow up process (within the defined thresholds). - Processing sales orders as per Customer Purchase Orders. - Managing customer orders from placement through to shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, investigating credit requests and management of return authorization requests. - Expediting orders and keeping track of the logistics process and delivery management. - Close collaboration with Supply Chain' Commercial and Technical Support teams. - A key interface for external and internal customers to ensure that they receive the best possible customer experience. - Ensuring compliance and control guidelines are adhered to e.g. customer documentation' discounts' freight charges etc. What Do You Need - Previous work experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or engineering company - ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred) - Commercial awareness - Fluent English and Italian - Technical background (nice to have) About Your Benefits - Flexible working options to accommodate all employees - Bonus structures (depending on company and personal performance) - Family-friendly policies - Pension: 4% employee contribution' 6% employer contribution - Life Assurance: 3x salary (if not in company pension' then it is 1x salary) Next steps?
