Bartender

  Hotel de la Ville, renowned 4-star luxury hotel in Monza, affiliated to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World chain, is urgently seeking the following position:  Bartender We require: ·       Knowledge of IBA classic cocktails ·       Knowledge of spirits and liqueurs ·       Hour flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays ·       Experience in mixing and ability to create Signature Cocktails ·       Experience in order taking and management ·       Teamwork and flexibility ·       Experience in cash handling and payment Job description: ·       Prepare cocktails according to specified recipes and using the correct measuring systems ·       Open and serve bottles of wine/champagne ·       Taking orders and entering them into the system ·       Table service ·       Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar counter and other work areas ·       Preparing and garnishing drinks ·       Wash and maintain glassware ·       Carry out orders and inventories ·       Process all payment methods ·       Close cashier's desk at end of shift and complete designated cashier's reports ·       Complete closing duties The job offer is intended to refer to both sexes, with ready placement. Residence and/or domicile on site or in nearby areas are preferential.   Hotel de la Ville, rinomata struttura 4 stelle lusso di Monza affiliata alla catena Small Luxury Hotels of the World, è alla ricerca delle seguenti figure: Bartender Si richiedono: ·       Conoscenza cocktail classici IBA ·       Conoscenza merceologia distillati e liquori  ·       Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana e nelle festività ·       Esperienza in miscelazione e capacità di creare Signature Cocktails  ·       Esperienza in presa e gestione delle comande  ·       Teamwork e flessibilità  ·       Esperienza in gestione cassa e pagamenti Job description ·       Preparare cocktails secondo le ricette specificate e utilizzando i giusti sistemi di misurazione ·       Aprire e servire bottiglie di vino/champagne ·       Prendere comande ed inserirle a sistema ·       Servizio al tavolo ·       Impostare e mantenere la pulizia e le condizioni del bancone bar, e delle altre aree di lavoro ·       Eseguire preparazioni e garnish per le bevande ·       Lavaggio e mantenimento cristalleria ·       Eseguire ordini ed inventari ·       Elaborare tutti i metodi di pagamento ·       Contare la banca alla fine del turno e completare i rapporti del cassiere designato ·       Completare i compiti di chiusura L'offerta di lavoro si intende con pronto inserimento.
