We are hiring a TENDER / OFFER SPECIALIST m/f/d based in Milan, part-time (30 hours per week) Your strength: - Experience with tenders and requests for medi­cal products - Deep knowledge of the laws and restrictions on ten­ders for medical devices - High flexibility and sense of respon­sibility, combined with a strong work ethic - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communi­cation skills - Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English Your contribution: - Research, identi­fication, and analysis of tender notices to identify potential business oppor­tunities - Responsible for the entire pro­cess of tenders / offer requests, from preparing the participation to managing the different phases of tenders - Drafting of procu­rement contracts - Building a strong partnership with the sales force as well as with the hospital's customer services, purchasing depar­tments and admi­nistrations - Ensure that Artivion's proposals meet the require­ments of the respective tender / request each time Our strength: - Intensive training in the field of activity - Varied work in a dynamic team - Exciting and steadily growing product portfolio - Active participation in an expanding company with an international team - Apply now and join the Artivion team.
